The DAAD Foundation is a locally registered non-governmental organization (NGO) operating in Somaliland. Established to address critical development challenges, the Foundation focuses on enhancing education, promoting sustainable livelihoods, fostering community resilience, and introducing context-appropriate innovations.
Through its programs, the DAAD Foundation empowers individuals and communities, contributing to socioeconomic development, environmental sustainability, health, and social inclusion in Somaliland.
The Foundation applies community-driven approaches and builds strong partnerships with governments, the
private sector, international donors, and local organizations, promoting inclusive and sustainable growth
while empowering local populations.
